About the Organization

Kiran Foundation Trust works in healthcare support and social impact, helping families handle medical emergencies with guidance from doctors, hospital coordination, navigation support for AIIMS and government hospitals, patient assistance, and emergency help. The aim is to make sure families are not left confused, isolated, or unsupported during urgent health situations.

Doctor Saarthi is an initiative under Kiran Foundation Trust. It is a healthcare support and medical navigation platform designed to make the care journey easier by connecting people with the right doctors, hospitals, healthcare information, and support services.

Role Overview

This part-time onsite internship is focused on healthcare sales and partner outreach across Bokaro Steel City and nearby locations. The role suits someone interested in relationship-building, patient support, and sales in the healthcare ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Find and qualify potential leads for Doctor Saarthi services.
• Contact hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and other healthcare collaborators.
• Support the onboarding of new partner organizations and help keep those relationships active.
• Support onboarding of new patients and maintain engagement with them.
• Guide patients in downloading and using the Doctor Saarthi app.
• Deliver sales presentations and carry out follow-ups.
• Record sales activity and keep CRM or database information updated.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams.
• Contribute toward weekly and monthly sales goals.

Locations

The opportunity is based in Bokaro Steel City, with work relevant to Bokaro Steel City, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur, Koderma, Ranchi, Lohardaga, Chatra, Simdega District, Ramgarh, Gumla, Khunti, Dumka, Deoghar, Giridih, and Hazaribagh.

Internship Details

This is a 6-month part-time internship that begins immediately. The application deadline is 30 July 2026 at 11:59 PM. There are 10,000 openings available.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a part-time internship, able to start between 28 June 2026 and 2 August 2026, committed for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in sales and healthcare support.

Compensation

The stipend ranges from INR 6,000 to INR 35,000 per month.
