Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels.
- Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Help create and promote job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
- Assist in managing recruitment drives and related events.
- Perform preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate fitment.
- Collaborate within the recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months between August 23 and September 27, 2026.
- Applicants should reside in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
