Internship Role and Responsibilities
The Operations Intern will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of the customer journey on our platform. This involves:
- Addressing and resolving escalations from customers and hotel partners through phone calls and email correspondence to ensure prompt problem solving.
- Engaging with potential customers who showed high purchase intent but did not complete bookings, to support and assist them in finalizing their reservations.
- Coordinating with hotel partners to accurately maintain booking records, thereby facilitating a smooth booking process for users.
- Responding to incoming requests from hotel partners and aiding hoteliers in onboarding and listing their properties on our platform.
Candidate Eligibility
This internship is open exclusively to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore. Applicants must be available to start between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026, and willing to serve for the full six-month duration. Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹12,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, a casual dress code, and a five-day workweek.
