Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment processes including candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Manage communication and coordination efforts between candidates and hiring teams.
• Engage in discussions related to salary and compensation packages.
• Screen CVs to identify potential candidates aligned with job requirements.
• Maintain necessary documentation related to recruitment and HR activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to commit full-time to an in-office internship based in Mumbai.
• Ability to commence the internship anytime between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026.
• Willingness to undertake the internship for a duration of 3 months.
• Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in human resources functions.

Additional Information

• This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000.
• The work schedule is set for 5 days per week.
• Upon completion, interns will receive a certification acknowledging their experience.
