Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Waiter or Waitress acts as the face of the hotel, directly interfacing with guests to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service. Serving as a Hospitality Ambassador, the role is crucial in shaping guest satisfaction by ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere in all food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all related departments to maintain smooth and efficient operation of F&B outlets.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of menus, drinks, services, and resort facilities.
• Continuously improve professional skills to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic work environment at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to be an effective and supportive team player.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
