Position Overview
We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our store located in Brent Cross Shopping Centre, London. This role involves creatively and commercially presenting products aligned with MANGO standards to maximize sales impact. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week with full flexibility across Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an attractive and commercial store image consistently.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines and standards properly.
- Execute store changes swiftly and neatly.
- Enhance selling areas by utilizing tools to analyze profitability effectively.
- Monitor sales and performance metrics to adapt product displays and strategies.
- Respond to sales trends by identifying solutions to improve store commercial appeal.
- Understand customer profiles, product potential, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure timely replenishment and orders to keep appropriate stock levels.
- Communicate new products, merchandising updates, and stock issues with team members.
- Support management by reporting continuously and assisting with managerial duties.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is sales-focused and driven with at least one year of visual merchandising experience in the fashion sector. They should possess excellent communication, prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Detail orientation, adaptability under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines are essential.
