About the Role

KBK Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join their team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and source qualified candidates from diverse platforms and networks.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement through to the final offer acceptance.
Partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job specifications and to ensure effective candidate selection.
