Solutions Architect

Overview

The Solutions Architect serves as a key figure in analyzing organizational requirements and aligning them with appropriate IT resources, including software, hardware, and infrastructure solutions. This role focuses on creating and enhancing technical solutions that support strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ideation sessions to explore viable solutions for business challenges.
• Identify areas for optimizing processes and improving efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation of testing criteria.
• Pinpoint IT opportunities that align with organizational goals and needs.
• Collaborate with various business units to formulate IT strategies and refine existing technology deployments.
• Lead development and migration of software and services within the organization.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to conceive scalable and robust solutions and products.
• Engage proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to design effective and tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least eight years' experience in a Solutions Architect capacity, with proven expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, and Infrastructure solutions, with particular emphasis on Cybersecurity.
• Capable of architecting and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that meet both business and technical criteria.
• Exceptional abilities in technical architecture design, solution development, and client consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, presentation, and stakeholder management to effectively engage in client-facing interactions.
• Proficient in collaborating with enterprise-level clients to ascertain needs, offer technical guidance, and foster adoption of solutions.
• Experienced in managing technology domains spanning Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
