About the Role
TrueBlue India LLP is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to handle the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle for international candidates, ensuring smooth integration from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire hiring process for overseas candidates, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Engage in international sourcing initiatives using headhunting, professional networking, and social media platforms to attract highly skilled global candidates.
- Maintain strict adherence to U.S. immigration laws and regulations throughout the recruitment journey.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of practical experience in full-cycle recruitment or coordination of international hiring processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. staffing sector, including current trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Successful history of addressing challenging vacancies by utilizing innovative sourcing techniques such as headhunting and networking.
- Strong communication abilities capable of fostering effective teamwork across diverse cultural environments.
