Residential Concierge

Position Summary

At St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, the Residential Concierge role extends beyond basic guest check-ins and check-outs to delivering distinctive, memorable experiences. This position empowers the Concierge to support guests comprehensively throughout their stay by providing a variety of services, addressing requests, handling operational tasks, and offering insights about local highlights. The role involves mobility within the workspace and proactive initiatives to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Concierges are expected to uphold safety standards, adhere strictly to company policies and confidentiality requirements, protect assets, and maintain high quality in service. Personal appearance, uniform, and communication must remain professional at all times. The position entails physical activities such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects up to 10 pounds independently. It requires hands-on engagement and flexibility to perform reasonable duties as needed to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior work experience or supervisory background is mandatory.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
