Become a vital part of a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store, delivering essential health, beauty, convenience, and full-service postal offerings to customers in your community, always placing the customer first.

Responsibilities

• Lead by setting a positive example and ensure Post Office staff embody the company’s core values
• Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations
• Ensure that Post Office cashiers follow all store procedures
• Provide employee training, ongoing coaching, and guidance
• Support performance review processes for Post Office staff alongside the Store Manager
• Guarantee outstanding customer service that surpasses expectations
• Maintain proper employee image in line with uniform policies
• Implement loss prevention protocols including parcel inspections

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong planning, sound judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to independently address customer issues with thoughtful questions leading to effective solutions
• Responsiveness to management’s directives and goals
• Prior experience in retail and cash handling
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational capabilities
