Role Summary

This position is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Hyderabad for a Motion Graphic Designer. The individual will be responsible for crafting animated visual content for various channels such as videos, social media, online marketing, and e-learning resources while ensuring brand consistency. Day-to-day duties include developing storyboards, producing motion graphics and animations, video editing, and working alongside marketing and academic teams to transform complex subjects into engaging visual storytelling. Additional responsibilities include preparing promotional graphics, revising assets based on input, and maintaining organized project documentation. The role encourages creative input to strengthen the company’s visual identity and ensure prompt delivery of superior multimedia content.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for creating animations, explainer videos, and promotional media.
• Experience with video production fundamentals such as editing, compositing, and formatting assets for multiple digital platforms.
• Skilled in Graphic Design encompassing both static and animated visuals, layouts, and brand-compliant creative materials.
• Hands-on experience using professional design and animation software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop or their equivalents.
• Adept at interpreting briefs, developing storyboards, and delivering clear visual concepts to cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
• Educational background in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video production, and graphic design work, ideally related to digital or educational projects.
