Mixologist

About the Role

The Mixologist is responsible for delivering professional and efficient food and beverage services, ensuring guests experience high-quality hospitality in line with the standards, policies, and procedures of Hilton Singapore Orchard.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, garnish, and serve classic cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks adhering to Hilton's recipes and portion guidelines.
• Confidently describe beverage options, suggest personalized recommendations, and assist guests with drink pairings and venue choices within the hotel.
• Welcome guests warmly, provide timely and attentive service, and promptly address inquiries to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Organize daily bar stations, stock beverages and supplies including beers, spirits, garnishes, and fresh juices while upholding quality control of perishables.
• Manage POS transactions accurately, including ringing orders, handling cash and card payments, running checks, and performing secure end-of-shift cashier reconciliations.
• Keep the bar clean and hygienic, comply with food safety protocols, and adhere strictly to alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Promote premium drinks, signature cocktails, and dining offers to enhance guest spending.
• Recommend other hotel outlets, amenities, and local attractions to enrich the overall guest experience and foster brand loyalty.
• Support colleagues on the floor, cooperate smoothly with supervisors during busy periods, and actively engage in ongoing team learning and development.

• Proficient in English to meet business communication needs.

• Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation and alcoholic drink service.
