Role Overview
The Key Account Manager role is a permanent, on-site position based in Singapore focused on nurturing and expanding important client partnerships. This individual acts as the main liaison for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and continuity. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, delivering customized solutions utilizing Flexii’s software, developing strategic account plans, tracking performance indicators, and collaborating with internal departments to troubleshoot and enhance service quality. The position also involves identifying upselling or cross-selling prospects, supporting contract renewals, and providing clients with regular insights and business reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in managing key and strategic accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate data, monitor account metrics, and assist business planning.
- Experience in business planning including strategy development, forecasting, and spotting expansion opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude emphasizing promptness, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
- Effective communication and presentation skills capable of clearly conveying complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments such as product, operations, and sales teams.
- Background in SaaS, HR technology, staffing, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas, or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be able to work on-site in Singapore and maintain regular face-to-face client interactions.
