Position Purpose

The Junior Internal Auditor will support Gojo’s Internal Audit functions across the group and partner companies by conducting audits and fraud investigations. This role requires continuous supervision of partner internal audit teams and performing internal audits for both Group Companies and Gojo Holdco departments. Key duties include executing Holdco and partner audits, building strong partner relationships, assisting with audit projects including IPO preparations, and delivering the annual J-SOX testing cycle concerning control design and operation effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate continuously with all partners and their internal audit teams.
  • Monitor and review the performance of partner internal auditors.
  • Engage directly with the Heads of Internal Audit of partner organizations.
  • Train auditors within partner companies as required.
  • Review audit reports and other submissions from partners.
  • Collaborate with partner audit teams to improve control systems.
  • Prepare materials for Audit Committee reporting.
  • Plan and perform audits at partner and Holdco levels.
  • Support investigations of fraud cases alongside partner audit teams.
  • Track follow-ups from meetings and audit committees.
  • Contribute to IPO documentation and submission preparations.
  • Execute annual J-SOX testing for Holdco and in-scope partner companies according to the group framework and timelines.
  • Conduct walkthroughs and tests of key entity and process level controls, and coordinate IT General Controls assessment.
  • Maintain and update J-SOX documentation such as Risk and Control Matrices, process flows, and test plans to reflect system/process changes.
  • Identify control deficiencies and assess their risk impact, ensuring remediation through collaboration with process owners.

  • Deliver high quality audit findings within designated timelines.
  • Produce accurate submissions for the Audit Committee with zero errors.
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners.
  • Strengthen the internal audit framework across Gojo.
