Investigations Supervisor

About the Role

A Confidential Government entity in Riyadh is seeking an Investigations Supervisor to join their Legal Affairs team. This role entails overseeing internal investigations, evaluating investigation reports and evidence, managing complex and sensitive cases, and advising management with legal insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Investigations Specialists under your supervision.
• Assess investigation reports and scrutinize gathered evidence.
• Handle challenging and confidential investigations with professionalism.
• Carry out interviews, examine documentation, and interpret findings thoroughly.
• Ensure that all investigation activities comply with established procedures and legal standards.
• Offer advice on corrective measures and preventive strategies based on investigations.
• Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Compliance teams, and other internal departments.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience related to investigations, compliance, or similar legal responsibilities.
• Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent skills in investigation methodologies, data analysis, and report composition.
• Proficient in English.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, integrity, and a keen eye for detail.
