Functional & Technical Consultant - UKG Workforce Management

Role Overview

Altron Al Arabia seeks a Functional & Technical Consultant to join its Workforce Management team in Saudi Arabia. This role suits a client-oriented professional experienced with UKG Workforce Management solutions, responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing enterprise workforce management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate client requirements and customize UKG Workforce Management solutions appropriately.
• Lead activities related to solution rollout, including configuration, testing, deployment, and UAT facilitation.
• Provide expert advice on workforce management policies, best practices, and business workflows.
• Support integration processes and resolve technical challenges.
• Conduct training sessions for end users, super users, and administrative staff.
• Offer ongoing assistance post-implementation by addressing issues, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining user support.
• Collaborate effectively with customers, project teams, technical consultants, and UKG Global Support to ensure project success.
• Keep abreast of updates in UKG products, features, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a tertiary qualification in IT (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree).
• Have 2–3 years of practical experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions.
• Background in implementing and supporting enterprise software systems.
• Familiarity with system integrations and network environments.
• Experience in supporting functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a consultancy context.

Preferred Attributes

• HKG certifications, especially in Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduler modules.
• Experience with Time & Attendance or Workforce Management systems outside UKG.
• Exposure to HR industry workflows.
• Proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
• Specialized knowledge in UKG system configuration.
