Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the dishwashing area and equipment.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure availability for use.
• Dispose of all garbage promptly and correctly.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dishwashing machine at shift end.
• Keep dish room and storage spaces neat and organized.
• Support cleaning efforts in other restaurant areas as needed.
• Perform additional assigned duties to assist the team.

Education and Experience

• High school education is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar dish steward or related role is required.

Skills and Abilities

• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and collaborative attitude.

Additional Information

The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager interviews, drug screening, background and reference checks, and potentially an employment assessment. Compensation
