Role Objective

The Executive Support Officer offers high-level administrative, research, analytical, and coordination assistance to the management team. This role involves conducting insightful research, analyzing data, organizing information, and preparing clear recommendations to facilitate informed business decisions. The incumbent also manages daily executive support tasks including meeting coordination, document preparation, correspondence tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely progress of priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive research on business, operational, legal, regulatory, vendor, compliance, market, and organizational topics as directed by management.
  • Collect and evaluate data from credible sources, judging its relevance and reliability.
  • Analyze trends, risks, gaps, opportunities, and dependencies, preparing concise reports, briefs, comparisons, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Translate complex or incomplete data into clear, actionable insights for management consideration.
  • Provide day-to-day executive support including calendar and schedule management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records, confidential files, and reference materials related to management activities.
  • Track management action items, project milestones, deadlines, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Support corporate administration and compliance tasks across multiple group entities, including KYC, regulatory filings, and liaison with legal and government stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, demonstrating professional judgment and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum five years' experience supporting senior executives or management teams in executive support, administration, research, compliance, or similar roles.
  • Experience with multinational or multi-jurisdictional organizations and distributed work environments is advantageous.
  • Indian residency and citizenship required.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in research, analysis, and critical thinking to deliver evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong writing skills for business reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organizational ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and productivity tools, including emerging AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with corporate records management, compliance documentation, and governance processes is a plus.
