Role Overview

This position requires strong written and verbal communication capabilities paired with excellent interpersonal skills for effective team management. The candidate will be well-versed in hospitality standards, housekeeping, and food and beverage services, ensuring smooth facility operations aligned with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the upkeep of fundamental facilities through proactive maintenance measures.
• Implement and uphold Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
• Manage Business Continuity and Emergency response plans (BCMS) to ensure preparedness.
• Organize procurement and arrangement of consumables and supplies, particularly for client and VIP visits.
