About the Role

We are expanding our team and seek a dedicated full-time Dispatcher to optimize delivery routes for our drivers. This position offers an hourly wage between $19.85 and $22.25, depending on experience, along with benefits starting from day one, paid time off, and additional perks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assign efficient driving routes and deliveries based on geographic locations and priority levels.
• Ensure drivers log delivery times accurately within the delivery management system.
• Oversee and manage tracking parameters in the delivery module.
• Verify order accuracy and readiness for shipment.
• Perform picking and packing by locating parts within store inventory and preparing orders for dispatch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong customer service aptitude and effective communication abilities.
• Capability to solve problems, make prompt decisions, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in dispatching is advantageous but not mandatory.

About the Division

The Auto Parts Division specializes in the marketing, distribution, and sale of aftermarket parts and supplies for cars and light trucks. It operates Canada's largest network for vehicle replacement parts, including well-known brands such as NAPA Auto Parts, Altrom-Autocamping (specializing in imported vehicle parts), and CMAX (focusing on paint and body supplies).
