Opportunity Overview
We are partnering with a leading real estate firm located in Central Dublin to recruit Chartered Surveyors to join their Professional Services and Advisory team. These positions cater to a range of experience levels, from post-qualification Surveyors to Senior Surveyors, Associate Directors, and Divisional Directors, offering clear progression pathways based on expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be expected to conduct Red Book valuations and portfolio valuations spanning diverse asset classes, consistently delivering high-quality strategic advice. Maintaining and cultivating robust client relationships, as well as acquiring new business, are critical aspects of this role. The team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced setting covering a wide geographic area.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have completed the APC and gained Chartered Surveyor status, bringing demonstrated capabilities in Red Book valuations. Experience across portfolio valuations and skills in client development are essential for advancement within the organisation.
