Role Overview

The Butler in VIP Services is responsible for anticipating and gathering guest preferences and requirements during their stay. Duties include preparing suites according to guest needs ahead of arrival, greeting guests warmly at the Porte Cochere, escorting them to their suites, facilitating in-room check-in, and handling luggage according to guest specifications. The role involves managing guest dry cleaning and laundry, organizing guest schedules including reservations and activities, and coordinating with other departments to deliver personalized service.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline, coupled with at least two years of experience in butler services. Key qualities include strong teamwork, organizational capability, multitasking skills, a positive outlook, and excellent English communication. Candidates should be strategic thinkers with creativity, flexible to rapid changes, methodical, and hands-on in their approach. A genuine passion for guest interaction and empathy is essential.
