About the Role
ClanX is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing AI-powered software and applications, with a particular emphasis on building AI agents and reliable production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop persistent AI agents that manage and advance legal cases over extended periods.
- Enhance and maintain evaluation and regression frameworks to guarantee safe, dependable agent updates.
- Take end-to-end ownership of product areas, from initial design through to production deployment and ongoing refinements.
- Create AI solutions that are resilient and suitable for production environments.
- Continuously monitor and fine-tune the performance of AI agents once deployed.
- Work collaboratively within the team to deliver scalable AI solutions tailored to legal workflow challenges.
- Lead technical decision-making processes and propose product enhancements.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in software and AI application development.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Proven experience constructing AI agents, whether in personal or professional projects.
- Background in creating and delivering AI-driven products actively used by end users.
- Experience working in startups, hackathons, or contributing to open-source projects is considered advantageous.
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools daily and skilled at analyzing and improving their outputs.
- Strong analytical thinking with an innovative and resourceful approach to challenges.
- Ability to contribute beyond coding, including product design and system architecture.
- A passion for building dependable, production-grade systems.
