About the Internship
Join House Of Darak as a Talent Acquisition intern to gain practical exposure in recruitment activities within a vibrant, multi-industry business environment. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand and implement various hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels.
- Manage interview scheduling and maintain clear communication with applicants.
- Maintain and update candidate information and databases utilizing MS Excel.
- Assist in planning and managing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Help in creating job descriptions and ensure their dissemination on appropriate job portals.
- Perform reference and background checks on prospective hires.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available to work full-time onsite in Mumbai for six months, starting between August 6, 2026, and September 10, 2026.
- Candidates should have relevant skills and a strong interest in the talent acquisition field.
- Fresh graduates actively seeking employment are encouraged to apply.
Stipend and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges between INR 5,000 and INR 10,000.
- Successful interns will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and may receive a job offer.

Additional Information
- On conversion to a full-time role, candidates can anticipate an annual salary between INR 600,000 and INR 780,000.
