Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Convert information from paper documents, PDFs, and digital sources into company databases or software platforms.
• Verify and cross-check entered data against originals to spot and rectify mistakes or inaccuracies.
• Maintain and update records, systematically arrange digital files, and execute routine backups to safeguard data.
• Adhere strictly to data privacy rules and confidentiality protocols when managing sensitive company or client information.
• Produce data summaries, charts, and reports as requested by management or team members.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship, able to commence between July 17, 2026, and August 21, 2026, and commit to a six-month duration. Candidates should possess relevant competencies and a keen interest in the responsibilities associated with this position.

Additional Information

The internship offers 20 positions and provides a monthly remuneration between 25,000 and 35,000 INR. Work will be conducted onsite from one of the multiple listed locations including Amritsar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Shimla, Mohali, Haridwar, Haryana region, Sattal, Gadwalgad, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Nainital, and Umau. The role requires a standard five-day workweek.
