About the Role
We seek an experienced Zuora Developer proficient in Zuora Billing, subscription management, and collections. This role involves configuring and developing solutions within Zuora, managing subscription lifecycles, and integrating systems using Zuora APIs. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of billing processes and subscription lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions using Zuora Billing and CPQ platforms.
- Handle subscription lifecycles, product catalogs, rate plans, amendments, billing, invoicing, and payments management.
- Create and maintain integrations between Zuora and external applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Utilize Zuora Workflow, AQuA, Data Query, and APIs effectively.
- Set up billing rules, manage subscription amendments, and configure product offerings.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to billing, invoicing, collections, payments, and system integrations.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Engage in requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and established software development practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Zuora development and configuration.
- Strong expertise with Zuora Billing and Collections modules.
- Comprehensive understanding of subscription management and product catalogs.
- Proficiency in handling Zuora REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Experience with Zuora Workflow, Data Query, and AQuA tools.
- In-depth knowledge of billing, invoicing, payment processing, amendments, and subscription lifecycle management.
- Proven skills in troubleshooting, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Zuora CPQ.
- Familiarity with integrations involving Salesforce, ERP systems, or other third-party applications.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment mechanisms.
- Relevant Zuora certifications.
- Prior exposure to Agile and Scrum development environments.
