About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to design, customize, and maintain the Zoho One platform. This role involves converting business requirements into automated, scalable workflows by developing tailored solutions, integrating external applications, and ensuring the Zoho environment operates smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Create custom modules, fields, page layouts, views, and dashboards within Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to meet various business demands.
• Develop clean and efficient Deluge scripts; configure blueprints and workflows using Zoho Deluge and Zoho Flow to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate Zoho applications with external services and third-party platforms through REST and SOAP APIs and webhooks.
• Administer user roles, profiles, permissions, data sharing policies, and perform regular system backups across the Zoho One suite.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, test and implement system updates, and carry out database maintenance to preserve data integrity.
• Prepare clear training documentation and provide support to internal teams or clients to facilitate adoption of standardized workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience customizing and deploying Zoho applications.
• Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting alongside working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with core Zoho components such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, or the Zoho One platform.
• Solid background in REST and SOAP API usage and web services integration.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA, MCA, B.Tech), or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent skills in gathering requirements and communicating clearly, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
