About the Role

The Z1 Performance Center serves as the core of Z1, showcasing our top-tier products, technical skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction. This facility is highly visible to visitors year-round, making the Porter's role vital in upholding the exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the shop floor, R&D area, Dyno room, showroom, customer lounge, and compressor room remain spotless and well-organized.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman to devise cleaning schedules and address any arising needs.
• Wash company-owned and select customer vehicles as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas including refrigerators.
• Keep bathrooms stocked with essential supplies.
• Replenish snacks and beverages in customer lounge, shop area, and conference rooms.
• Manage waste removal including trash, used tires, oil and coolant drains, and organize used car parts appropriately.
• Refill gas caddies when necessary.
• Provide assistance to vehicle technicians as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A sincere commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Completion of high school or GED equivalent.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended durations.
• Capability to lift up to 60 pounds.
