YouTube Channel Manager

About The Role

We seek a creative and analytically minded YouTube Channel Manager to take charge of managing, optimizing, and expanding our YouTube presence based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This is an on-site full-time opportunity requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversight of the complete YouTube channel activities and management of the content calendar.
• Design and implement strategies for content planning and YouTube channel growth.
• Generate video content ideas, select topics, and develop comprehensive content plans.
• Compose engaging scripts, including titles and descriptions, optimized for the YouTube platform.
• Apply YouTube SEO techniques including keyword research, tag optimization, and alignment with user search intent.
• Enhance key performance indicators such as click-through rates, watch time, audience retention, and engagement.
• Evaluate YouTube Studio analytics and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and Faculty.
• Strategically plan and optimize YouTube Shorts, Live Sessions, and Community Posts to maximize channel engagement.
• Monitor industry competitors, trending topics, and emerging YouTube features and opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience managing a YouTube channel.
• Proficiency in YouTube SEO and analytics tools.
• Strong capabilities in content planning and writing.
• Understanding of strategies for audience development and content growth.
• Possess a blend of analytical thinking and creativity.
• Experience in the Education or EdTech sector is a desirable advantage.
