Oma Studio offers a serene urban retreat in Redhill, focusing on personalized, small-group classes designed to help participants enhance strength, balance, and mindfulness through dedicated yoga practice.
Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Yoga Instructors who exude warmth and professionalism, committed to delivering mindful movement experiences that engage and uplift students. You'll lead both group and individual sessions tailored to diverse experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct group and private yoga classes catering to clients of varying skill levels.
- Teach sessions combining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness aligned with Oma Studio's philosophy.
- Provide hands-on assistance, alignment guidance, and posture correction following student consent.
- Create a secure, inviting, and motivating space for all participants.
- Continuously update knowledge on new yoga techniques, wellness trends, and mindfulness practices.
Requirements
- Certified with at least a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification (such as RYT-200 or an equivalent credential).
- Possess between 3 to 5 years of teaching experience, ideally within boutique or small class environments.
- Proficient in multiple yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Yang, and Hot Flow.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building meaningful relationships with students.
- CPR or First Aid certification is preferred but not mandatory.
