Role Overview
As a Yard Sales Assistant, you'll experience a dynamic work environment with varied daily tasks. You will be responsible for supporting our customers by providing friendly, helpful service and handling physical stock management duties outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by building strong relationships and being approachable and friendly at all times.
- Process customer orders outside, including loading and unloading vehicles belonging to customers and the company.
- Unload supplier deliveries and ensure accurate logging of stock into the branch warehouse system.
- Operate forklifts ideally, although full training will be provided to those without experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment following rigorous safety standards.

- You should be enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills as the role involves frequent customer interaction.
- Physical fitness is important to safely manage heavy and bulky materials while adhering to health and safety rules.
