Role Overview

This full-time role based on-site in Ludhiana involves creating clear, engaging, and precise content that helps clients document their personal histories, significant life moments, and digital legacies. Responsibilities include conducting necessary research and interviews, drafting and editing written materials, and tailoring content for multiple formats such as websites, printed documents, and client presentations. The role requires organizing information, maintaining a consistent tone and style, collaborating closely with colleagues on project goals, and ensuring all content adheres to quality and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop well-crafted narratives and documentation for clients’ personal stories and histories.
• Conduct interviews and research to gather accurate and relevant background information.
• Create and revise written content suitable for online platforms and various media formats.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and quality across all materials.
• Manage multiple projects with adherence to deadlines and communicate progress effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the team to understand project requirements and improve content delivery processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in creative and professional writing to produce engaging and clear narratives.
• Skills in web content creation, adapting material for digital platforms.
• Strong research abilities to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration, including interviewing skillsets.
• Proficient command of English language, including grammar, spelling, and syntax.
• High attention to detail with ability to adhere to style guides and project expectations.
• Availability to work on-site in Ludhiana and effectively handle multiple workload demands.
• Previous experience in content writing, journalism, or storytelling preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
