Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor

About the Role

Sipra Motors Services, located at Kalinga Chowk, Choudwar in Cuttack, Odisha, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor to oversee and manage the daily functions of their workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
• Create detailed job cards, provide cost estimates and quotations.
• Inspect vehicles and clearly communicate necessary repairs to customers.
• Lead and direct mechanics by assigning daily tasks.
• Manage coordination of spare parts ensuring availability when required.
• Verify the quality of repairs prior to vehicle handover.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp effectively.
• Supervise the process of vehicle reception and delivery.
• Prepare bills and maintain comprehensive daily workshop records.
• Send daily updates regarding sales, vehicle status, and work progress to the business owner.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop during the owner’s absence.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ experience working in an automobile workshop or service center is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cars, their servicing, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Capability to independently manage the mechanics team and overall workshop operations.
• Honest, responsible, and dependable work ethic.

Compensation and Location

The offered monthly salary ranges between ₹9,000 and ₹14,000, along with performance-based incentives.
