Job Overview
As a Working Capital Relationship Manager at V Konnect located in Gurugram, you will be tasked with managing and nurturing client relationships to enhance sales across various banking products including CASA, Cash Credit, Overdrafts, Term Loans, and SME Banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen and expand relationships with current clients by promoting cross-selling of diverse banking products like CASA, CC, OD, TL, WC, SME Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, EEG, Cash Credit, and Business Loans.
- Explore and secure new business by actively pursuing potential clients and opening new accounts to grow the bank’s portfolio.
- Gain comprehensive insight into clients’ financial needs and devise customized banking solutions accordingly.
- Work in tandem with internal teams to resolve client concerns effectively and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all client engagements and transactions for accurate record-keeping.
