Job Overview

The role of Workfront Specialist involves implementing, configuring, and tailoring the Workfront project management platform to meet unique business needs. Responsibilities include analyzing and gathering requirements, crafting and deploying solutions, and offering training plus support to end users. A solid grasp of project management methodologies and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience handling complex, large-scale client environments is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and gather comprehensive requirements for Workfront customization.
  • Design and implement tailored Workfront solutions aligning with company demands.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure efficient usage of the Workfront application.
  • Engage with business units and client teams across multiple locations to facilitate solution adoption.
  • Manage and configure Workfront Fusion integrations.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5 to 12 years of extensive experience in Project & Portfolio Management as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
  • Deep knowledge of project lifecycle processes including planning, resource allocation, estimation, pricing, forecasting, and billing.
  • Proficient with Adobe Workfront PPM implementation and rollout methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with business teams for requirement elicitation and IT solution design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at working with multinational teams.
  • Experience in large enterprise application ecosystems and understanding of related IT landscapes.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and solid grasp of SaaS architecture.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of API integrations, particularly REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
  • Expertise with Workfront object types, custom fields, reporting, and API usage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Information

This position requires working closely with complex IT application environments incorporating multiple applications and API integrations.
