About the Role
This position is accountable for assisting in workforce planning and manpower analysis throughout the organization. The specialist evaluates staffing needs, headcount, vacancies, workforce utilization, and anticipates future manpower demands to ensure alignment with operational goals, budgets, and company expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update yearly manpower plans based on approved staffing requirements, budgets, and operational needs.
- Examine headcount data, vacancies, workforce usage, turnover rates, and staffing gaps across various departments and sites.
- Track actual staffing levels against approved manpower structures, pinpointing areas of overstaffing or understaffing, and identify opportunities to optimize workforce deployment.
- Create manpower dashboards, generate reports, forecasts, and provide workforce analyses to aid management in decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Between two to five years of experience in manpower or workforce planning, HR analytics, or a comparable HR function.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with adeptness in Microsoft Excel and workforce reporting tools.
- Certification such as CIPD or another relevant HR qualification is advantageous.
