About the Team
The HR Operations team is committed to fostering a smooth and positive experience for employees throughout their entire journey in the company. Our focus is on leading with empathy and care, while creating efficient and straightforward people-related processes, systems, policies, and initiatives that enable employees to feel supported and well-equipped to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve policies, systems, and management guidelines concerning flexible workforce arrangements such as outsourcing, labor dispatch, and project-based cooperation.
- Develop a management framework for flexible staffing that aligns with business growth objectives and compliance needs, emphasizing standardization, process streamlining, and governance based on risk assessment.
- Work alongside HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and operational teams to execute flexible staffing initiatives that balance operational efficiency, cost control, and risk management.
- Establish and enhance evaluation and governance systems for flexible staffing suppliers, raising partnership standards and refining management approaches.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor workforce composition, expenses, and risk indicators to inform management decisions.
- Keep up to date with regional and international changes to flexible staffing regulations and industry best practices, driving ongoing advancements in internal governance processes.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
- Exhibit strong abilities in data analysis and structured problem-solving, with insight into operations as well as risk management perspectives.
- Proficient in English for professional communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing overseas employment compliance.
- Background in supplier governance or collaboration with procurement teams.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Law, Finance/Taxation, Labor Relations, or Business Administration is advantageous.
- Familiarity with flexible staffing, outsourcing compliance, risk management, internal controls, or organizational research is beneficial.
- Experience in large internet firms, platform businesses, companies with global expansion, or organizations facing complex governance challenges is desirable.
