Job description
Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current workflows and business processes comprehensively.
- Identify manual, repetitive tasks that can be efficiently automated.
- Design and deliver solutions for workflow automation and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Create seamless integrations between different software applications by leveraging APIs and webhooks.
- Develop automated systems for notifications, task distribution, validations, and reporting.
- Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and enhancement of existing automation workflows to improve performance.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment stages, and live production environments.
- Oversee automation system performance monitoring and manage exceptions or failures promptly.
- Generate and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical or process-related documentation.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to understand their workflow issues and automation needs.
- Explore and implement AI-driven automation and productivity improvements wherever feasible.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in the domains of workflow automation, robotic process automation, business process enhancement, or software automation.
- Strong practical expertise in creating and deploying automation solutions.
- Sound knowledge of n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, and API integration techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, validating, and supporting automation platforms within production settings.
- Possess excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Capable of transforming manual workflows into scalable, efficient automated systems.
- Proficient in creating clear documentation and communicating technical information effectively.
- Open to engaging with AI technology and emerging automation innovations.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed one of the following degrees: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.), or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science and Technology.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is between 300,000 INR and 600,000 INR.
