Role Overview

This full-time on-site Worker position based in Vadodara involves supporting daily operational functions by undertaking tasks such as material handling, assisting with setup and cleanup activities, adhering to provided work instructions, and keeping the work area orderly and clean. The role requires cooperation with team members to ensure timely task completion, strict compliance with safety regulations, and prompt reporting of any operational issues or potential hazards to supervisors. Additional responsibilities may include simple packing, loading or unloading duties, basic machine or equipment operation following training, and other general assistance as needed by the team. The role demands reliability, punctuality, the ability to follow directions accurately, and teamwork.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic literacy and numeracy capabilities to understand instructions, complete straightforward documentation, and follow work protocols.
• Physical fitness, including the stamina to stand, move actively, and safely lift or carry materials as part of daily tasks.
• A keen focus on safety practices, including adherence to safety guidelines, use of protective gear when applicable, and the responsibility to report hazards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with colleagues, listen to guidance, and communicate updates clearly to supervisors.
• Dependability with time management skills encompassing consistent punctuality, meeting daily productivity goals, and handling task priorities effectively.
