About the Role
KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP in Mumbai, India is seeking experienced Workday professionals for various seniority levels including Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager, and Associate Director. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday technical and/or functional disciplines and a proven track record delivering Workday implementations, rollouts, enhancement projects, transformation programs, and AMS engagements for international clients.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, and Orchestrate tools
- Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core and Cloud Connectors
- Knowledge of PECI and PICOF protocols for integrations
- Ability to develop Workday Reporting including BIRT and Prism Analytics
- Understanding of Workday Security domains (ISU and ISSG)
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, RaaS, and document transformation techniques
Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience in one or more Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence & Time Tracking, Finance, and Adaptive Planning
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in end-to-end Workday implementation and support projects
- Design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations and configurations
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases
- Support business process configuration, reporting, security setups, and data migration efforts
- Resolve production issues and deliver ongoing support and enhancements
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders including HR, payroll teams, and external vendors
Desired Candidate Profile
- Robust consulting experience in Workday solutions
- Exposure to global implementations or Application Management Services (AMS) projects
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and produce high-quality deliverables
- Workday certifications highly desirable
Experience Levels
- Consultant: 4 to 6 years
- Assistant Manager: 6 to 9 years
- Manager: 9.5 to 14 years
- Associate Director: Extensive Workday leadership and delivery experience
