  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and align solutions accordingly.
  • Offer expert guidance and leadership to less experienced team members.
  • Manage customer relationships with professional communication and expectation management, including escalation when needed.
  • Maintain awareness of commercial aspects and project dynamics to balance customer demands and organizational goals.
  • Operate within a services organization utilizing knowledge of resource utilization targets.
  • Flexibly participate in various Workday service offerings, such as Consulting and Application Management Services.
  • Travel as needed within the region for client engagements, with occasional out-of-region travel possible.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset capable of assessing needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact meaningfully with clients, including senior stakeholders, particularly in remote settings.
  • High commercial awareness with the ability to navigate project and business environments.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and make balanced decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to lead key functional workstreams independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional professional certifications relevant to the field.
  • Experience working in post-deployment support services.
