Main Responsibilities

As a Workday Talent/Learning Consultant, you will be part of a team implementing and configuring large-scale Workday solutions for international clients. You will usually lead specific project streams, forming strong client relationships to deliver tailored, commercially viable solutions that meet their needs. Providing expert guidance to clients and mentoring junior team members are key aspects of the role.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Certified in Workday HCM with Learning and/or Talent modules.
• Exceptional client focus with the ability to assess needs, manage relationships, and balance expectations effectively—knowing when to push back, escalate, or exceed client expectations.
• Strong communication skills delivering impactful, credible, and empathetic interaction with clients and team members, including remote engagements, and confident formal presentations to senior leadership.
• Commercial awareness of project and broader business dynamics.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, making thoughtful decisions balancing client demands and organizational commercial goals.
• Capability to lead functional workstreams throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Understanding of resource utilization within a service organization and importance of these metrics.
• Flexibility to work across multiple Workday service delivery areas, including Consulting and Application Management Services.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region, with occasional out-of-region travel.

Desirable Attributes

• Possession of professional qualifications related to your area of expertise.
• Experience supporting post-deployment Workday services.
