Job description
Role Overview
This position involves independently managing HRIS module configuration tasks, engaging with clients, and contributing effectively to project deliveries while expanding functional knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client subject matter experts to gather detailed business requirements and produce comprehensive functional specifications; provide guidance on system design and HRIS best practices.
- Perform configuration and thorough testing of modules to ensure alignment with client needs; support or execute data migration activities as necessary.
- Lead comprehensive client demonstrations and user acceptance testing sessions; gather and address client feedback to refine system implementations.
- Conduct end-user training on various modules; develop and maintain business requirement documents, training resources, and all project-related documentation.
- Offer ongoing post-implementation support to resolve issues within agreed timelines; implement minor system improvements based on client feedback.
Functional Skills
- Ability to capture clear and precise business requirements during workshop sessions with moderate supervision.
- Progressive proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting HRIS modules.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS implementation, support, or end-user roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and self-management.
- Mandatory Workday Core HCM Certification.
