About the Role

Thirteen Group is recruiting a Work Planner for its Repairs team on a full-time fixed-term contract up to February 2027. As a pivotal member of the team, you will help schedule and coordinate work for trade operatives, balancing productivity and customer satisfaction. The role operates on a hybrid basis, requiring attendance at the head office in Hudson Quay at least twice weekly, with flexibility depending on business requirements.

Key Duties

  • Collaborate within a small team (pod of three) to organize and plan workloads for assigned trade operatives.
  • Optimize use of available resources to improve efficiency and operational outcomes.
  • Assist in evaluating and enhancing procedures to improve service quality and customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data management to keep information current for monitoring and reports.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong customer service orientation paired with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient with multiple IT platforms and comfortable managing diverse systems and datasets.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting plans as situations evolve.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
  • Open to change and flexible when working with different processes.
