WMS Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management System (WMS) Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role requires a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in managing IT-focused projects to ensure successful implementation aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established project implementation methodologies and governance protocols, utilizing approved tools and documentation frameworks for all assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the Business Project Manager, customers, operations, and other business units to define project scope at the initiation phase.
• Lead IT-related project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget, meeting the designated business objectives.
• Create and manage project communications, including regular status reports, and actively participate in steering committee meetings.
• Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks and issues proactively, deploying mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate planning with relevant teams for cutover, go-live, and hyper care phases to support smooth transitions.
• Define project requirements and oversee the procurement of necessary resources for effective project execution.
• Understand task dependencies thoroughly and follow up diligently to ensure all project deliverables are completed on schedule.
