Daily Responsibilities
- Engage with customers shopping at Loblaw stores by presenting wireless, home, and business mobile solutions from top brands including Bell, Virgin Plus, Rogers, and others.
- Promote and educate customers on the PC Optimum loyalty program, facilitating their points earning and redemption across various purchases.
- Develop deep expertise in carrier offerings, promotions, pricing, and mobile devices to communicate benefits effectively.
- Lead and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Representatives by coaching, training, and enabling them to meet and exceed sales targets.
