Role Overview
The Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) position is aimed at goal-driven individuals aspiring to become Store Managers. Ideal candidates are energetic, passionate, and committed to providing excellent, friendly service to customers daily. Leadership, strong communication skills, and leading by example are essential traits for success. Full training will be provided to ensure candidates excel in their roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks at the retail store.
- Update and maintain accurate promotions and pricing information daily for sales teams.
- Ensure the store's facilities meet audit compliance standards.
- Assist the Store Leader in implementing sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.
- Support the Store Manager by observing, coaching, and mentoring employees as necessary.
- Ability to move or lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily tasks.
