Position Overview

This full-time role requires motivated and dependable Field Technicians who will perform comprehensive exterior maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. While prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or gutter care is advantageous, it is not required as complete paid training on safety, equipment, and procedures will be provided. Candidates with a strong work ethic and problem-solving ability will excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable interior and exterior window cleaning services for homes and businesses.
• Use commercial pressure washers and soft wash systems to safely clean building siding, roofs, driveways, and decks.
• Perform gutter maintenance tasks including clearing debris, flushing, and inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and proper care of all specialized equipment such as ladders, pumps, and hoses.
• Exhibit professionalism on-site by effectively communicating with property owners to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably, experience in exterior cleaning, roofing, landscaping, or construction, though not mandatory.
• Physical capability to perform outdoor labor under varying weather conditions, handle equipment, and use ladders up to 32 feet safely.
• Dependability with punctual arrival to work daily.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn efficient methods through coaching and training.
