Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Winding Foreman with substantial practical experience in the rewinding and repair of high-voltage motors and generators. This role requires technical expertise and attention to detail in handling rotating equipment to maintain and restore its function.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute rewinding tasks on high-voltage stators and rotors guided by precise winding and coil data.
• Engage in coil manufacturing, wire stripping, slot preparation, followed by rewinding operations.
• Inspect and verify the condition of winding kits and components at the time of receipt.
• Prepare thorough documentation, including winding diagrams and lead exit configurations.
• Conduct static electrical assessments for quality and safety verification of wound components.
• Apply varnish treatment accurately and prepare the equipment for the assembly stage.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of an ITI certification or a Diploma in a relevant technical discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of direct experience working with rotating machinery such as motors and generators.
